carrie R’s sculptural work plays with movement, gravity, and spatial awareness, often finding ways to turn awkwardness into elegance. This selection of small works at Clubfriends is playful in color and texture, while embracing their individual oddity through limbs that expand, curl, and flow. Arranged in the context of a lounge and listening room featuring a mini disco ball, the sculptures become a scene of strange and delightful activity, like dancing with friends. Clubfriends Radio & Records is a personal project created by Alexa Colas, a cultural producer and community builder who has found belonging and endless discovery through music. It began in her living room, transformed into a record store — bringing those moments home as a way to explore what moves her on and off the dance floor, beyond nightlife, and in conversation.
